HKCWA would like to seek quotations for the following items for 2026 Hong Kong National Wakesurf Championships:

  1. Provision of 1 Ferry boat/Transit boat
  • Provide ferry boats with a licensed driver on each boat during the event, 7:00am -7:00pm from 17th to 19th April (TBC, maybe only 18 – 19 April)
  • Responsible for picking up riders from the pier to the starting dock during the event
  • Must have the capacity of minimum 8 persons
  • Include all expenses such as fuel, third party insurance, transportation and parking costs
  1. Provision of 1 Safety pick up boat (Jet-Ski)
  • Licensed driver(s) during the event, 7am -7pm from 17th to 19th April (TBC, maybe only 18 – 19 April).
  • Responsible for picking up fallen riders from the water, returning them to the starting dock during the event
  • Must have the capacity of minimum 2 persons
  • Include all expenses such as fuel, third party insurance, transportation and parking
  1. Provision of Lunch Box
  • Provide at least 30 lunch boxes per event days from 17th to 19th April (TBC, maybe only 18 – 19 April)
  • With at least 3 choices
  • Arrive at around 12:00pm noon per event days
  1. Provision of venue set up services
  • Organize materials, and transport them to the competition venue (including labor and transportation costs)
  • Provide boats and technical personnel to install and set up the competition floating buoys and positioning.
  • Clear the area, clean, and organize all materials, and store them.
  • From 17th to 19th April (TBC, maybe only 18 – 19 April)
  1. Provision of 1 Wakesurf Competition Main Boat
  • Provide 1 Wakesurf Competition Main Boat during the event, 7:30am -6:30pm, from 17th to 19th April (TBC, maybe only 18 – 19 April)
  • Included experienced and licensed driver(s) during the event
  • Must follow the instructions of the Chief Judge and the Event Director
  • Must have the capacity of minimum 6 persons
  • Include all expenses such as fuel, third party insurance, transportation and parking costs
  • The hiring amount will be based on the usage period
  • Please provide the rental quotes for hourly or daily rates
  1. Provision of 1 Wakesurf Competition Backup Boat
  • Provide 1 Wakesurf Competition Backup Boat during the event, 7:30am -6:30pm, from 17th to 19th April (TBC, maybe only 18 – 19 April)
  • Included experienced and licensed driver(s) during the event
  • Must follow the instructions of the Chief Judge and the Event Director
  • Must have the capacity of minimum 6 persons
  • Include all expenses such as fuel, third party insurance, transportation and parking costs
  • The hiring amount will be based on the usage period
  • Please provide the rental quotes for hourly rates
