HKCWA would like to seek quotations for the following items for 2026 Hong Kong National Wakeboard Championships:

Date: 8-10 May 2026

Competition Venue: Chong Hing Water Sports Centre, Sai Kung (Google Map) – Freshwater Lake

  1. Provision of 1 Safety pick up boat (Jet-Ski)
  • Licensed driver(s) during the event, 9:00am -4:00pm from 8th to 10th May.
  • Responsible for picking up fallen riders from the water, returning them to the starting dock during the event
  • Must have the capacity of minimum 2 persons
  • If your boat uses diesel (柴油), refueling service will be required, and this charge can be included in your quotation. HKCWA will only provide petrol (電油) for the competition.
  • Towing the boat is essential. The service provider must cover their own towing fees and manage this independently
  • The boat should be ready at Chong Hing Water Sports Centre by 3pm on 6 May 2026 and must leave Chong Hing on 11 May 2026. The boat will remain at the Chong Hing from 6 May to 11 May 2026.
  • The boat will be used for 7 hours a day from 8 May to 10 May 2026. The boat will be parked in Freshwater Lake without using any fuel.
  • Include all expenses such as fuel, third party insurance, transportation and parking
  1. Provision of Lunch Box
  • Provide at least 30 lunch boxes per event days from 8th to 10th May
  • With at least 3 choices
  • Arrive at Pak Tam Chung Barrier Gate (Google Map) at around 11:00am per event days
  1. Provision of venue set up services
  • Organize materials, and transport them to the competition venue (including labor and transportation costs)
  • Provide boats and technical personnel to install and set up the competition floating buoys and positioning.
  • Clear the area, clean, and organize all materials, and store them.
  • From 8th to 10th May
  1. Provision of 1 Wakeboard Competition Main Boat
  • Provide 1 Wakeboard Competition Main Boat during the event, 9:00am -4:00pm from 8th to 10th May.
  • Boat Driver with competition boat driving experience is advantageous.
  • Towing the boat is essential. The service provider must cover their own towing fees and manage this independently. The service provider should notify HKCWA of the towing time and car plate number one working day in advance, so HKCWA can reserve a car permit for you to enter the restricted area. Please note that Chong Hing will be closed every Thursday.
  • The boat should be ready at Chong Hing Water Sports Centre by 3pm on 6 May 2026 and must leave Chong Hing on 11 May The boat will remain at the Chong Hing from 6 May to 11 May 2026.
  • The boat will be used for 7 hours maxmium a day from 8 to 10 May The boat will be parked in Freshwater Lake without using any fuel.
  • If your boat uses diesel (柴油), refueling service will be required, and this charge can be included in your quotation. HKCWA will only provide petrol (電油) for the competition.
  • Should the competition be paused or canceled due to boat issues or inclement weather or other reasons, HKCWA will not cover fees for non-operational periods—only those for operational periods will be covered.
  • Must follow the instructions of the Chief Judge and the Event Director
  • Must have the capacity of minimum 6 persons
  • Include all expenses such as fuel, third party insurance, transportation

  • Provide 1 Wakeboard Competition Backup Boat during the event, 9:00am -4:00pm from 8th to 10th May.
  • Boat Driver with competition boat driving experience is advantageous.
  • Towing the boat is essential. The service provider must cover their own towing fees and manage this independently. The service provider should notify HKCWA of the towing time and car plate number one working day in advance, so HKCWA can reserve a car permit for you to enter the restricted area.   • The backup boat is utilized only when the main boat is inoperable. Consequently, HKCWA will cover fees solely for operational periods; fees for non-operational periods will not be reimbursed.

  • Must have the capacity of minimum 6 persons
  • Include all expenses such as fuel, third party insurance, transportation
