Application
The boat should be in a suitable location for ease of access to suitable training conditions. Please return your Training Boat Application Form (Second Page) and the following documents by email to info@waterski.org.hk and the title should be “Inboard boat quotation for HK National Wakeboard Squad Training” / “Inboard boat quotation for HK National Wakesurf Squad Training” before 23:59, 9 Mar 2026.
The following supporting documents will be required to be submitted to HKCWA:
- Boat driver license
- Operation license
- Certificate of ownership
- Commercial vessel insurance
- Third party insurance (Covered water sports)
- First aid kits onboard photo
- First aid certificate (If any)
- Life-saving certificate (If any)
- Qualified coach license (If any)
