Invitation for Quotations for the 2025 Wakesurf Intensive Training Camp Boat
Date/ Period: 15th Jul 2025 to 23th Jul 2025
Time: 7:00 – 18:00 (Training will be conducted for a total of 6 hours per day)
Target: Hong Kong National Wakesurf Senior Team and Junior Team Members (Priority will be given to participants of The World Games 2025)
The Hong Kong, China Waterski Association Ltd.(HKCWA) seeks quotations for the 2025 Wakesurf Intensive Training Camp Boat
Our specific requirements for the training boat are:
- Super Air Nautique G23 is preferred.
- The ballast (include internal, external and people) could be increased up to 3000 pounds depends on the training content of that day;
- Boat driver license, qualified coach license, operation license, certificate of ownership, commercial vessel insurance and third party insurance (covered water sports) are prerequisites.
- The service provider should store 1st aid kits on board. Having 1st aid certificates and life-saving certificate are advantageous.
- Boat Driver with competition boat driving experience is advantageous.
- 2025-2026 HK National Wakesurf Squad Training Boats are advantageous.
- Provision of a backup boat is advantageous.
- The hiring amount will be based on the usage period.
- The entire period (7:00-18:00, 15-23 Jul 2025) will be reserved for HKCWA. HKCWA will confirm the time slots five days in advance. The service provider may rent out the boat to others during the remaining time, provided it does not affect our reserved periods.
- The service provider should be on time.
- Inboard boat with date of manufacture 2015 or after is preferred;
- Athletes will pay the full boat hiring amount to the service provider immediately upon completion of their training, except for the participants of The World Games 2025, whose fees will be covered by HKCWA. The participants list will be provided to the service provider upon confirmation.
- All price rates should be clearly stated in the Boat Application Form (Last Page). Note that the quotation should be on a unit rate per 30 mins set basis. The price cannot be changed unless agreed by both parties. The agreement shall be made officially and directly between HKCWA and the service provider, any agreement made with other parties would be invalid.
The boat should be in a suitable location for ease of access. Please return your Boat Application Form (Last Page) and the following documents by email to info@waterski.org.hk and the title should be “Inboard boat quotation for 2025 Wakesurf Intensive Training Camp Boat” before 5:00 pm, 19 Jun 2025.
The following supporting documents will be required to be submitted to HKCWA:
- Boat driver license
- Operation license
- Certificate of ownership
- Commercial vessel insurance
- Third party insurance (Covered water sports)
- First aid kits onboard photo
- Qualified coach license (If any)
- First aid certificate (If any)
- Life-saving certificate (If any)
2025 香港尾波沖浪集訓營船隻的報價邀請
日期/期間：2025年7月15日至2025年7月23日
時間：7:00至18:00 (每日總共6小時訓練)
對象：香港本地尾波沖浪成人隊及青年隊成員 (2025世運會參加者優先)
中國香港滑水總會有限公司（本會）對訓練船隻的具體要求如下：
- Super Air Nautique G23 的船隻為首選。
- 壓載（包括內部、外部和人員）可根據當天的訓練內容增加至3000磅。
- 船舶駕駛執照、本地船隻運作牌照、本地船隻擁有權證明書、第三方保險（水上運動承保）、 商業船舶保險為必要條件。
- 服務提供者應在船上備有急救箱，擁有急救證書和拯溺證書資格更佳。
- 擁有滑水比賽駕駛經驗的船長為佳。
- 是2025-2026年香港本地尾波沖浪代表隊訓練船的中標者為佳。
- 如服務提供者可提供備用船隻為佳。
- 租用金額將根據船隻實際使用時間計算。
- 服務提供者應將整個時段(即 7月15-23日，7:00-18:00) 預留給本會，本會將提前五天確認使用時間。在不影響本會預定使用時間下，服務提供者可將其餘時間租給其他人。
- 服務提供者應準時到達上船位置。
- 船隻的建造年份2015年或之後為佳。
- 本會將會支付2025世運會參加者的船隻租用費，其餘運動員則在完成訓練後由他們親自向服務提供者支付全額船隻租用費。參加者名單將在確認後提供給服務提供者。
- 所有價格應在船隻申請表（最後一頁）中清楚列出。報價應以每30分鐘一組的單位價格為基準。價格除非雙方同意，否則不可更改。協議應在本會與服務提供者之間正式和直接達成，與其他方所達成的協議將無效。
- 船隻位於的地點應適合訓練。請於2025年6月19日下午5:00之前，通過電子郵件將您的船隻申請表（最後一頁）及以下文件發送至 info@waterski.org.hk，郵件標題應為「香港尾波沖浪集訓營船隻的報價」。

- 船舶駕駛執照
- 本地船隻運作牌照
- 本地船隻擁有權證明書
- 商業船舶保險
- 第三方保險(水上運動承保)
- 船上急救箱照片
- 合格教練執照(如有)
